Chance the Rapper has had a whirlwind year, stemming from the release of his Acid Rap free album. The Chicago recording artist has seen his mug gracing magazine covers to creating his own mini-movies.
And with the newfound fame, he’s attracting all sorts of attention from even the unlikeliest of sources.
Last night (November 18) while rocking a show out in LA for his “Social Experiment” Tour, he took a random photo with pop icon Madonna, who was on hand for his performance.
Without hesitation, Chance uploaded the picture to his Instagram account labeling it, “Madonna showed up after my show in LA last night. What an eccentric and unique girl.”
While we’re not sure on what planet a 55-year-old woman qualifies as a “girl” (maybe it’s the acid talking?), we do know her “Material Girl” hit single was released nearly a decade before Chance was even born. Just in case you needed the significance of the culture clash to be put into context.
