Jordan Brand is hitting consumers from all angles this Christmas season. With the Air Jordan 5 “Oreo” due to release Friday, November 29, the house that Michael built announced another shoe set to drop in a week’s time.
This time, an Air Jordan 1 Retro receives a retro treatment that will surprise connoisseurs, because it’s an non-OG colorway. In fact, the varsity red and dark army sneaker released just a few years ago.
The AJ1 dons a smooth blend of materials ranging from leather to suede. The former can be seen on the toe, side panelling, and heel cap, while the latter can be seen on the toe cap and other accenting points on the kicks.A smokey gray Nike check, lining, and sole adds a smooth touch to the shoe’s overall aesthetic.
