Things got festive at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Miami on Saturday (March 18) night. There some of the biggest figures in the local sports community gathered at the eighth annual Reid & Fiorentino Call of the Game Dinner, which commemorates outstanding athletes who provide outstanding service in local communities.
Among the honorees were Miami Heat superstar LeBron James, who took home the Don Shula Sports Legend Award earlier that evening. Teammate James Jones, congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, and Sports Director at WSVN Steve Shapiro were also given awards.
Friend and fellow NBA Champion Dwyane Wade came to show support with his fiancée Gabrielle Union, as well as the Heat’s head coach Erik Spoelstra and team president Pat Riley.
The Being Mary Jane star hosted the swanky event.
