If you saw last night’s episode of Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood, then you would know that Teairra Mari was hands down the Hall of Shame winner for the night. Once a promising R&B star-in-the-making on Jay Z’s Roc-A-Fella Records, the former BET princess has fallen from grace thanks to a host of legal struggle and anger issues.
Which brings us to last night’s episode where Ms. Mari felt that it was time to resume her singing career like it hadn’t been a hot minute since she took the stage. L.A. Supperclub promoter Sincere was heavy-handed with the slander before–and after the performance, which were highlighted by flat notes and half-baked dance manuevers.
Black Twitter has been having a field day since the airing of the episode and naturally, an onslaught of memes followed. Mari took the beating in stride, retweeting her followers who still remember her for her talent and not engaging in any online hijinks with her trolls.
