Rick Ross was arrested for the second time in two weeks in Fayette County, Georgia on Wednesday (June 24) morning. This time Rozay got pinched and charged for aggravated assault and kidnapping.
Wait. Kidnapping?
According to WSB-TV, Rozay pistol whipped a contract worker who was working on his property (Evander Holyfield’s old mansion).
Ross’s bodyguard was also arrested and both men were charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery. They are at Fayette County jail awaiting their bond hearing.
The incident actually occurred two weeks ago. TMZ reports that the kidnapping charges stem from the pistol whipping victim not being allowed to leave the home.
The “Hustlin'” rapper was arrested for marijuana possession a couple of weeks ago.
Peep Rozay’s full mugshot on the flip.
