Ghostface Killah is a bonafide reality star. Ghost appears on the new season of VH1’s Couples Therapy with “girlfriend” Â Kelsey Nykole.
So far, Nykole seems like she genuinely cares about Ghost, but can’t really get behind his lifestyle. Even worse, years in the public eye may have warped the Wu member’s grasp on reality, either that or he’s been hurt so badly by women that his heart is no longer open for business.
Needless to say, the emotional blockage is making for some pretty good reality TV. Not that the show is all that great to begin with, but whenever Ghost is on the screen you know things are going to get interesting.
He’s also keeping in the “I give no f*cks” tradition championed by DMX. His season was pretty crazy, and like Ghost he had issues with being committed to a seemingly loyal woman. Â Go figure.
Anyway, Ghostface Killah is the star of Couples Therapy.

He Doesn’t Care About Your Feelings (Kelsey)
Ghostface will say whatever is on his mind, even if it ends with his “girlfriend” in tears. Those are the breaks.
He’s A Hypocrite
Ghost wants to smash other women (because like he said on episode 1: “Women is like, all around the kid”), and he’s been known to enjoy the skills of a stripper (or 50). Yet, one thing he’s not interested is having a girlfriend who actually used to be a stripper because that would be…nasty right? Right.
He’s Observant
Nothing really gets past Ghost, and he of course has a way with words. The above quote is how he summed up former reality star Jon Gosselin’s whole life.
He’s Not Immune To Heartbreak
In episode two, Ghost opened up the crevices of his cold heart and let a little sunshine in. Apparently he’s been cheated on a couple times and no longer trusts women. He also cheats on his “girl” so….
He Doesn’t Want To Be There Â
Couple’s therapy is only a two-week gig, and it’s already taking a toll. Ghost is ready to break free.
He Has All The Answers
This relationship is interesting to say the least. Whenever Kelsey speaks, Ghost usually looks like he’s ready to explain why his point is better, or gouge his own eyes out.
He Refuses To Show Too Much Emotion
Emotion is the enemy in Ghostface’s world. He’s a brick wall because no member of the Wu-Tang Clan can go on TV rocking an extra-large t-shirt stained with tears. That’s not the look.
He’s May Not Really Even Be In A Relationship
Ghost and Kelsey have only spent about a full month (out of a whole year) together. There’s also a side chick, or main chick, or other chick his girl probably knew about but pretended to not notice, until she was right in her face.
Hella awkward.
