During yesterday’s taping of 106 & Park, the 2014 XXL Freshmen were revealed to the world. It featured a healthy conglomerate of artists from all over the globe starring August Alsina, Chance the Rapper, Isaiah Rashad, Jarren Benton, Jon Connor, Kevin Gates, Lil Bibby, Lil Durk, Rich Homie Quan, Troy Ave, Ty Dolla $ign and Vic Mensa.
And then the inevitable backlash happened Twitterwide, sparking hours of debate.
