From whispers of drug overdose to alleged medically induced coma, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s tragic bathtub incident is full of conflicting reports.
Authorities have yet to confirm anything, but close sources – including family – have come forth with tid bits of information that lend insight to what might have led to BK’s unconscious state.
Side note: we learn the 21-year-old is not and was never married.

Plastered?
Police have yet to confirm Bobbi Kristina’s incident is related to drugs. But considering she’s made headlines in the past for apparent drug use (see The National Enquirer photos, circa 2011), an overdose would be plausible. Not to mention, she endured a childhood of watching her father Bobby Brown and late mother Whitney Houston battle with drugs.

Another arrow pointing in the direction of illegal substances is the fact that at the time Brown was discovered face-down in her tub, Maxwell Lomas – a Georgia man who was arrested on drug distribution charges last month – was in the house with her lover Nick Gordon.

Moreover, TMZ reports that Lomas was arrested Jan. 14 after the girlfriend’s family called cops and said they believed he was holding Danyela Bradley against her will and drugging her so she would stay. Cops responded but the girl said she was fine and not being forcibly held.
Wait, there’s more…
But cops found weed and a gun and arrested him for possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. The felony was for allegedly possessing drugs with intent to distribute. And he was also busted for illegal Xanax. Cops found a stash of drugs, including 5.2 ounces of weed, 2 marijuana grinders, a digital scale and 1,000 Ziploc bags.

While cops did not find drugs in the first search (due to being primarily concerned with items “out in the open”), they did end up finding drugs around the house in the second search.
Near death
Brown was put in a medically induced coma in order to bring down the swelling in her brain (a result of having been deprived of oxygen). She was revived over this past weekend and is reportedly doing better.
Unresponsive
However, doctor’s do fear neurological damage. Brown went without oxygen for about 5 minutes. She can reportedly move her eyes, but is still not reacting.

Brown has been moved to a new location. The 21-year-old was taken to Atlanta’s Emory Hospital Tuesday (Feb. 3), which is a top facility in neurological injuries.
Lies
Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon are not (and never were) married, despite the fact she had announced they tied the knot last January. The news comes from her lawyer three days after Gordon and pusher man found Brown unconscious in her bathtub at her Georgia home.
