Behind ISIS and a few other looming threats to the planet, Kanye West has managed to become Public Enemy #8 for his now infamous Beck Grammy interruption.

The controversial rap star has since calmed down and he told Ryan Seacrest earlier today, “Beck is one of the nicest guys and one of the most respected musicians in the game,” said West. “When I said that thing about respect artistry, I think it came off the wrong way and that was a mis-wording on my part. … Obviously Beck is one of the most respected artists, and respects artistry.”

Still, there are plenty of celebrities who aren’t as easily forgiving as Beck (and Taylor Swift). Peep who said what and who Yeezy needs to be weary of catching the fade with in the public in the gallery below.

Shirley Manson

Garbage’s vocalist wrote, “Dear Kanye West, It is YOU who is so busy disrespecting artistry. You disrespect your own remarkable talents and more importantly you disrespect the talent, hard work and tenacity of all artists when you go so rudely and savagely after such an accomplished and humble artist like Beck,” on her Facebook page.

FTR: Beck doesn’t share any of these guys sentiments…

“I was just so excited he was coming up,” Beck said to US Weekly after the show. “He deserves to be on stage as much as anybody. How many great records has he put out in the last five years, right?” Beck agreed with Kanye that Beyoncé deserved to win. “Absolutely,” he said. “I thought she was going to win. Come on, she’s Beyonce!” When asked about West’s implication that Beck’s isn’t a true artist, he replied, “You can’t please everybody, man. I still love him and think he’s genius. I aspire to do what he does.”

If anything, he’s probably grateful. Sales of Morning Phase have spiked 1342 percent.
