In 2015, trips to the plastic surgeon are as common and sometimes just as expedient as a visit to the gym (ask Khloe Kardashian, allegedly). As it happens, one can transform a female star’s body into the object of Instagram thirst a lot faster.
Dr. Andre “J Curves” Jimerson and Dr. Ashkan Ghavami are just two of the surgical wizards women visit when they want a Beyonce-inspired posterior. And they have the pics to prove it. Video Vixen Rosa Acosta’s Instagram feed is full of “fitspo” pics of her toning her hard-earned frame. But she’s also had some artificial help, and she wrote an open letter about how and why she got her breasts done. Shout out Dr. Ghavami!
Iggy Azalea
In addition to her tone-deaf thoughts about cultural appropriation, Iggy has also come under fire for having a fake fatty. She chalked up her selfie with Ghavami to waiting on a friend who went under the knife. In her defense, eating yogurt and taking a selfie with the doc who performed your shots would be a rather bold move.
Rocsi Diaz
While Rocsi seems to have gotten thicker in key areas since departing 106 & Park, Ghavami said her office visit was strictly for research purposes about an Entertainment Tonight segment on myths related to “Brazilian Butt Lift” surgery.
Blac Chyna
Blac Chyna’s curves were so appealing they made Tyga rescue her off the pole. The origin of those curves came into question long before she took this pic with Ghavami in December of 2014, but it adds to the story.
Draya Michele
While no one would be totally surprised if Draya’s nose and/or derriere happened to be enhanced, the Basketball Wives cast member was pretty open about gifting her mother a facelift courtesy of Dr. Ghavami. The pair appeared on the show The Doctors as part of the procedure.
Yandy Smith
Love & Hip-Hop: New York cast member and industry power player Yandi Smith posed for an IG pic with Dr. Andre “J Curves” Jimerson. Dr. Curves said the pic was from an upcoming interview, and much like Azeala, Smith presumably has enough loot to be discreet about getting knifed up if that was the purpose of the visit.
Jodi Rae Love
Now this is what you call a testimonial. Love has done fashion and auto show modeling, and was practically gushing about Ghavami’s work on her breast augmentation and rhinoplasty.
Leyla Milani
Maybe former Deal Or No Deal model Leyla Milani and Dr. Ghavami just happened to be in the same place at a random time. Aside from some rather full lips, Milani doesn’t appear to have been worked on. Then again, that’s what one pays for.
Shekinah Jo
Part time T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle cast member Shekinah Jo took the cameras into Dr. Curves’ offices. We can assume the situation was a win-win, as Dr. Curves got some VH1 promotion for blessing Shekinah Jo with a rotund bubble.
Tori Spelling
No shame in Tori Spelling’s game. Ghavami and Spelling addressed the risks and complications of breast augmentation surgery on an episode of Tru Tori in November of 2014.
Erica Dixon
Dixon was questioned about the authenticity of her shape after her time with Lil Scrappy on Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta. But by most accounts, Dixon was only in the Dr. Curves offices to accompany Mimi Faust. And Faust has been pretty candid about letting Dr. Curves throw some D’s on her as part of a “Mommy Makeover.”
Nabilla Benattia
Getting that perfect backside isn’t just a domestic trend. French reality television star Nabilla Benattia’s D-cup runeth over, and that may or may not be related to a visit to Dr. Ghavami’s office.
