In 2010, the “Man on the Moon” had some of that moon dust on him when was popped for possession of cocaine. He avoided jail time and has kept his nose clean since.
Trick Daddy
The Miami stalwart was popped for possessing cocaine last year but it was his mugshot that was the bigger offender.
T.I.
On September 1, 2010, Tip and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, were pulled over and the megastar rapper had opiates in his system and ectasy on his person. He was thrown back in jail less than a year after he had been released for an unrelated charge.
Chief Keef
When he was just 16-years-old, the Chicago gangsta rapper was popped with heroin. There is no need to wonder what inspires his rhymes.
Big Boi
In 2011, the active half of Outkast got busted with MDMA after returning from a cruise. He avoided jail time like Francis The Savannah Chitlin Pimp, though.
Riff Raff
The enigmatic rapper was arrested in Greensboro, North Carolina on August 11, 2013, and cops found alcohol, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms. Yep.
Coolio
In 2009, Coolio got stopped at LAX for having crack cocaine on him. As in New Jack Pookie, crack. He now drops hits with porn site.
Lil Boosie
Boosie Bad Azz actually has the distinction of being arrested while serving a prison sentence. He tried to get some codeine into the Louisiana state prison he was doing time in.
Gucci Mane
Before he was a star, Gucci got sentenced to jail for cocaine possesion. The crimes that he was charged for after making it big made that coke work look very minute.
Beanie Sigel
The Philly rap god is also the felony rap god, most recently serving a two-year stint for riding out with an unlabeled bottle of cough syrup and prescription pills. He also feels he can’t be killed.
Too $hort
In March of 2013, police accused $hort Dog of being under the influence and booked him. As they took him downtown, he allegedly tried to dump some narcotics out of the police car.

Gzus Piece
The Chicago rapper with affiliations to several big stars in the area, was arrested earlier this year for drug possession and heroin trafficking of 103 grams valued at $15,450. He’s pled not guilty.

PSD Tha Driver
The Bay Area rapper was busted at an airport with 6,000 ecstasy pills in 2009. He beat those charges just like he did on a bizarre, sexual torture case in 2013.
Loon
The former Bad Boy star player changed his name to Amir Junaid Muhadith but he wasn’t looking to do any holy missions. In 2011, he was busted in Brussells and was eventually sentenced to 14 years in prison for attempting to move kilos of heroin.
Bobby Shmurda
The young Brooklyn rapper is currently rotting away in prison after police say he and his gang were pushing “Crills” (alleged street code for narcotics) among other crimes. It doesn’t help his cause that he rapped he had “been selling crack since like the fifth grade” on his hit song, “Hot N***a.”
Nelly is currently denying that the Jesse Pinkman crystal meth found on his tour bus isn’t his. We sure like to believe him.
