While Offset is still locked up, two thirds of the Migos, Takeoff and Quavo are still handling business and making moves. That includes dropping a “Worldwide Rich” collection in collaboration with WorldstarHipHop that is now available exclusively at Footaction.
Worldstar teamed with Migos’ Yung Rich Nation clothing line for a collection that includes a crew neck tee, a long sleeve tee, a hoodie, a pair of hats and a pair of joggers. Besides brick and mortar stores the gear will also be available at www.footaction.com.
“Worldstar’s got a big fan base, man,” Takeoff told Hip-Hop Wired about connecting with the website known for posting street fights, and new music, for a fee.
“It [feels] good to be some young trendsetters linking up with Worldstar, linking up with Footaction,” added Quavo. “This is something I would have never thought of—Footaction accepting it or Worldstar linking up with us. ‘Cause I remember paying Worldstar to get our videos up on line. It’s just a blessing.”
Besides selling gear, Migos are waiting for the right time to drop their collab with Young Thug called Migos Thuggin.
“The mixtape [is] done, we actually listening to it right now,” revealed Quavo. “It’s all about timing. You’ll get it way before January 1st.”
