Blake Griffin seems to be latest NBA superstar to join the same injury fraternity as Penny Hardaway, Chris Webber, Grant Hill, Tracy McGrady, Amare Stoudemire and Derrick Rose. The high-flying forward suffered a big toe bruise in the Clippers’ game against the Utah Jazz on Friday night and has been ruled out for the remainder of the Playoffs.
The catastrophic event has become a recurringĀ theme for the team. Griffin also suffered a first round Playoff injury last year that forced him to sit for the rest of the year.
