While Waka Flocka’s known for his onslaught of tattoos and trademark dreads, one thing the ATL emcee is not known for is wearing fur.
And now it seems that his penchant for body art has caught the eyes of the people at PETA who’ve signed him on to be the new face of their “Ink Not Mink” campaign.
The campaign previously featured Taraji P. Henson, “Jackass” star Steve-O, Mario and singer Chester Bennington of Linkin Park.
The rapper’s publicist has confirmed to XXL that Flocka will star alongside Lady Gaga, Pink and Mariah Carey for the ad on February 22 in Los Angeles, CA.
Speaking on his ties to the animal rights activists Flocka released a statement to the publication saying,
“Animals should be treated the same as you would a kid. Would you want someone just to walk up and skin your kid? Hell no!”
