In a curious case that is still unfolding, a Pittsburgh man was arrested yesterday (October 18) and now in court this morning  on charges he attempted to extort money from former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward.

As if he hasn’t done so much already, Jay-Z is set to auction off 10 of the 800 limited edition Brooklyn Nets jerseys for charity. For each night Jay-Z performed at the Barclays Center, 100  jerseys were created with Hova’s last name on the back and the #4 embroidered on it. 

When he’s not publicly gushing over his beautiful girlfriend Kaylin Garcia or rapping with his rappity rapper friends, Joe Budden is actually a pretty enthusiastic sports fan, as evident by the clothes he’s wearing in the video provided below.

In a move that makes almost too much sense, Russell Westbrook of the Oklahoma City Thunder has signed an endorsement deal with Jordan Brand.

After making an appearance on the new show The Mindy Project this past week, New York Knicks power forward Amar’e Stoudemire will be diving into the big screen. The All-Star forward will be producing a sports documentary called Little Ballers, which follows four young athletes as they go through the AAU youth league to pursue their dreams of going pro.
