The year has been especially brutal in regards to the passing of several young Hip-Hop artists, especially those on the rise. Adding to that, the news of the death of
BandGang Paid Will has spread wide despite a lack of details surrounding the matter.
BandGang Paid Will was part of a Hip-Hop collective in
Detroit, also know as BandGang. One of Paid Will’s bandmates tweeted about the loss of his musical comrade, sparking a flurry of similar tweets via the social media network.
“Rip paid will [3 broken heart emojits] I’m crushed lil bro I’m sorry,”
tweeted BandGang Masoe. Other members of the collective such as BandGang Javar
wrote, “R.i.p paid will, R.i.p. Jizzle P, R.I.p Lennie Skinny , R.i.p Dotts” via Twitter, with BandGang Lonnie simply
tweeting a broken heart emoji.
BandGang Paid Will released the
Applying Pressure album earlier this year which features the track “Pin Drop” with former Shoreline Mafia artist, OHGEESY.
