Chris Brown is eagerly awaiting the kick-off of his next tour, which he promises will raise the bar. During an interview with E! News host Terrence Jenkins at a charity event in Los Angeles Monday (Nov. 5), Breezy said that the tour will “top everything” that he’s ever done in the past.
