There’s never a better time to shoot a music video than during awards show season and Young Jeezy follows suit in his latest joint, “RIP.”
The Def Jam artist was out in Los Angeles to shoot this new video during Grammy Award weekend. This record which features 2 Chainz is one of the stand out cuts from The Snowman’s latest project Its Tha World (Es El Mundo). This TAJ-directed flick will feature a ton of cameos from celebrities and artists ready to kill the club including Nelly, Draya Michelle, Warren G, Snoop Dogg, YG, T.I., Big Sean, Dom Kennedy, E-40 and many more.
“RIP,” which was produced by DJ Mustard (“Rack City”) has been making its way onto the radio as it currently sits at #17 on the Urban Radio charts. It is only fitting that this California influenced bouncy record was filmed in the west coast. The Jeezy single has quickly become a favorite of DJs everywhere in a short amount of time.
Be on the look out for this new video in the coming weeks, but until then check out the behind the scenes still from the “RIP” shoot with Young Jeezy, 2 Chainz and more down after the jump.
