Meek Mill won Top Rap Album at this past weekend’s Billboard Music Awards. This led Nicki Minaj to gift the the Philly rapper with a suggestive photo.
“Congratulations” was the caption of a selfie Nicki posted on Instagram of her in a only a lace bra.
We’re sure a private pic or a DM would have sufficed, but Nicki Minaj thirst mongers certainly are not complaining.
