If you thought Lil Wayne‘s Dedication 5 was all smoke and mirrors, here’s a little something to give the rumored release some legs. Yesterday, the hub for all things relating to the New Orleans native, LWHQ, debuted the mixtape’s official artwork by an artist named Olly.
The cover follows the series’ narrative and features an illustrated image of a fully-tattooed Tunechi with his hand fully extended to signify the number five.
Again, the YMCMB frontman will team with Mr. Thanksgiving, DJ Drama, to deliver a bevy of bars over some of the hottest tracks of the moment. According to HHNM, Jay Z’s “F*ckwitmeyouIgotit” may be in the fold.
Fortunately, the ambiguity surrounding Wayne’s forthcoming release will be null and void when it hits the Internets August 30 — that’s if all goes to plan, of course. See the Dedication 5 artwork on the next page.
