NBA All-Star Weekend can mean so much more than celebrity studded parties and slam dunk contests.
There is always an avenue for athletes to give back to the community and help underprivileged youth, so adidas is dominating the paint and French Quarter for this year’s All-Star festivities in New Orleans.
New Orleans Pelicans guard Eric Gordon and New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham were on hand to host the adidas NBA All-Star Charity Event with 30 kids from Kingsley House where a simple autograph here and photo-op there, could brighten their lives for a lifetime.
The sneaker giant’s presence will be felt in the French Quarter all weekend long as 2 Chainz is slated to make an appearance at the #adidasintheQuarter store located at 321 Chartres St. to celebrate his new Top Ten Hi “2 Good to be T.R.U.” shoes and upcoming tour of the same name.
