In case you haven’t noticed, Regina Hall’s proven to be one of Hollywood’s most complete actresses over the past decade and change.
Often viewed by most as a comedic actress, the Washington DC native has demonstrated in films like Paid In Full, Law Abiding Citizen, and the upcoming thriller When The Bough Breaks that she’s more than a one trick pony.
Today (Sept. 7) Ms. Hall appeared on The Breakfast Club where she constantly clowned Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy for admitting they won’t be checking her new film and shared with Angela Yee (her lone supporter amongst the three) where her love life stands today, why she doesn’t fear the possibility of her sex tape hitting the net, and what kept her from becoming a nun just a few years ago.
Here are the 8 things we learned from Regina Hall on The Breakfast Club.

1. Before Acting
Regina was actually studying to become a journalist in college but it wasn’t until her father died that she shifted her focus to acting.

2. Daddy’s Girl
One of the reasons she didn’t pursue acting from the get-go is because she felt her father wouldn’t have viewed it as an actual profession and wouldn’t have came out of pocket to pay for that.

3. Next Act
She caught the acting bug after doing a few plays. She eventually broke into the game with her first movie, The Best Man.

4. No Preference
She doesn’t have a preference when it comes to dramatic roles vs. comedic roles. Spoken like a true professional.

5. Sex Tape
Unlike many of today’s celebrity starlets, Regina’s confident that there will be no hacking and releasing of any sex tapes involving her person. Sorry fellas.

6. The Invisible Man
She will not confirm nor deny that she is in a relationship, but does admit that the man she may or may not be in a relationship with is husband material.

7. Nun Life
She wanted to be a nun as a child then again as an adult. She actually went to join but found that there was an age limit that she failed to meet. So much for “better late than never.”

8. Regina & Sanaa Sittin’ On A Tree?
Ms. Hall clears up those pesky lesbian rumors of her an Sanaa Lathan by explaining that she simply moved in with Sanaa while her house was being renovated. She says that she and Sanaa did laugh at the rumors though.
