Kaiju fans have been waiting a long time for the epic throwdown between the King of the Monsters, Godzilla, and the great ape, King Kong, and they were not disappointed.

The showdown between the titans Godzilla and King Kong is almost upon us, and to get us hyped, a new poster and details about the upcoming film have arrived.

There’s a new Godzilla: King of the Monsters trailer out today (Dec. 10) and the gang is all here. That means King Ghidorah, Mothra and Rodan are in jeopardy of catching that fade.

Kaiju film fans can now officially rejoice.  Yesterday (July 26) at San Digeo Comic-Con, Legendary Films announced that there will be a Godzilla sequel that will feature iconic monsters Mothra, Rodan and King Ghidorah. 

We told you Godzilla was worth your attention span and the box-office results are in to prove its monster appeal. Not only did the Gareth Edwards film top this past weekend’s box-office with a tally of $93.2 million, it also had the largest opening weekend of any monster-related film.

The all new Godzilla movie is finally in theaters on May 16 and it is a thrill ride worth seeing. 

If you were a fan of monster movies as a kid, the latest Godzilla trailer for Asia will make you lose your sh*t. SPOILERS ahead. 

A well played Godzilla movie is very necessary, and it’s looking like Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures have delivered. In the extended trailer for the forthcoming Godzilla film the size of the monster is gargantuan and the carnage looks epic. As it should be.

You only need to get into about 30 seconds of this new Godzilla trailer to realize that it’s already better than the Matthew Broderick version.
