Joe Budden finally got the 6 God to react. French Montana dropped his latest single, “No Shopping,” featuring Drake and some bars aimed at the New Jersey rapper.
The track is from French’s forthcoming MC4 album (due out August 19), and it’s produced by Murda Beatz and Cu Beatz.
As for what everyone will be talking about, Drizzy devoted portions of his verse for Budden, who aimed not one but two diss songs at him recently. Drake opens with a riff on “Pump It,” not so subtly calling Budden a one-hit wonder. Then he name checks him towards verse’s end, rapping “Last week, Budden runnin’ in the room/This week sold one point two.”
Give “No Shopping” a spin below. Joe Budden’s rapid response on the flip.
