The 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards went down in Atlanta this past Saturday, September 28. Part of the weekend festivities was the red green carpet (thanks to a Sprite sponsorship) festivities where artists get interviewed, pose for flicks and hopefully show off their good taste in fashion. As in all things Hip-Hop some were way more successful than others.
Plenty of the rappers on hand were rocking Versace (we pray they didn’t pay a stylist to make such each decisions) as well copious amounts of gold and diamond fronts and more than two chains at a time. Speaking of, 2 Chainz walked the carpet sporting a skirt/wrap of some sorts.
Numerous of ladies held down the green carpet as well, such as Lola Luv (formerly of Taylor Gang) who you would not believe just had a kid from the looks of her body. Tahiry was hosting something for BET, but you should surely understand just about everyone’s eyes were trailing what was following her. MC Lyte looked stunning (she received the I Am Hip Hop Award that evening).
