Last night’s Grammy’s led to today’s armchair quarterbacking about why Kendrick Lamar get jerked in favor of Macklemore. Benzino joined the fray and pretty much immediately entered the slander zone on the strength of being Benzino.
The former The Source magazine owner aimed his rant at what he considered hypocritical rappers. “So everybody is upset about macklemore dominating the #grammys BUT 10 YEARS AGO WHEN I TRIED TO WARN U, YOU DIDNT LISTEN, NOW DEAL WITH IT!,” he tweeted.
Of course, the slander hurled his way usually involved animus about Benzino’s tenure at The Source.
