Walter White went from teacher to drug dealer in the land of pulp fiction but Macphallen Kuwale was seriously bout that life.
The IT teacher from Wales was recently handed a three-year prison sentence for operating a “sophisticated” drug lab from the comfort of his own home.
If that wasn’t Breaking Bad status enough, police found $13K worth of cocaine on his person at the time of his arrest.
Via Metro UK:
The technology whizz had cutting agents worth hundreds of thousands of pounds, as well as a pressing machine to make the cocaine appear to be of a higher grade, police say.
‘Kuwale was heavily involved in the supply of cocaine,’ said Detective Timothy Jones, of South Wales Police.
‘He was involved in street level dealing as well as a sophisticated wholesale operation.
‘It was totally unusual. It is not something that you come across every day.’
He told police he had been severely stressed at the time, and two years earlier his home was nearly repossessed.
Kuwale also received a lifetime ban from teaching. Obviously so his students wouldn’t utilize their skills to become the next kingpin.
