Willie Smith and his sister, Joeann Smith (pictured), were drinking Seagrams Gin and King Cobra malt liquor when the pair began to argue over the woman’s Rosco .22-caliber pistol. In a mild tussle, the sister shot her brother in the eye in what she claimed was an accident.
