Prior to debuting the official video for “Marilyn Monroe,” Pharrell previewed the clip with (controversial) artwork featuring a Godiva complected woman. As per usual, Hip-Hop Wired hit the Internets running to find out more about our latest Bangin Candy, who goes by Khadija Nicholas.
Some will recognize Nicholas, as she’s a well-traveled dancer. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, she moved to Bedford-Stuyvesant as a child, which is where she developed an affinity for dance. After relocating to Los Angeles, she landed an audition with Rihanna, which eventually led to her becoming one of the superstar’s lead dancers.
While clearly flourishing on the professional tip, the Caribbean beauty is equally pleasing to the eye. Her long legs, eyes and smile has a history of making a fair share of fellas break their necks. That’s just an assumption, but that’s the Brooklyn way, we guess.
